1. Coin Purchases
Coins are purchased with real currency through the Tarot AI platform. Available packages and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.
2. What Coins Can Be Used For
Coins may be used to unlock premium tarot readings, live psychic sessions, horoscope forecasts, and other premium features as listed in the product catalog.
3. Coin Expiration
Purchased coins do not expire. Your coin balance remains available in your wallet until used.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable once coins have been credited to your account. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving the service, please contact our support team within 14 days of the purchase for review.
5. Premium Session Billing
Live psychic sessions and premium readings are deducted from your coin balance at the rates displayed before you begin the session. Preview periods (where applicable) are free of charge. If you choose to continue beyond a preview, the applicable coin cost will be clearly shown before deduction.
6. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@tarotai.com with your transaction details.
7. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust coin package pricing and service costs at any time. Any changes will not affect coins already purchased.
